PPL workout - PUSH

Hello everyone !

New place goes with new friends usually and that’s also the case for me.
Got some parallettes and a kettlebell for more fun. I’m still looking for different sized kettlebells. I found this one for 100HKD only.

I used it today for single arm shoulder raise and press. And the parallettes for different classic push-ups variations and some callisthenics training.
Still having handstand push-up as objective ;)
My rope skipping is getting slightly better too.
