PPL workout - PULL
Hello everyone !
One more consecutive day with a workout, and I’m not planning to skip tomorrow session ;)
Today was straightforward but painful.
Only 3 back exercices but 6 sets each (reversed row, wide grip pull-ups and high pulls) followed by 3 biceps exercices (single arm curl, regular curl, supination grip curl).
