PPL workout - Legs
Hello everyone !
I barely made the minimum activity despite eating outside. But objective reached ;)
Plus I’ve done another legs workout today.
Classic static exercices and a very strong focus on the rope today.
I’ll look like a pro boxer in a few months haha.
