PPL workout - PUSH
Hello everyone !
Welcome to a chest/shoulders/triceps session.
Today I used the rings for some deep dips.
It has been a while and I could feel I was not as comfortable as before. Lost some balance and stabilisation muscles for sure, I have to do it every other chest session from now on.
On the menu:
- dips on rings 5x6-8
- decline push-ups 5x15
- handstands hold 5x60sec
- regular push-ups 5x15
- shoulders press 3x12
- triceps push down 3x12
