On the menu:
- knee tucked chin-ups 5x8-10
- inverted rows 5x10-12
- high pulls 5x12
- reversed flies 5x10
- Y pulls 5x10

Good way to start the year. I have a similar plan but will start in February. Full body workout. I hope I'm able to pull it off... Lol
