First day of the year starting with a workout, no time to be lazy in 2022.

On the menu:

  • knee tucked chin-ups 5x8-10
  • inverted rows 5x10-12
  • high pulls 5x12
  • reversed flies 5x10
  • Y pulls 5x10

Good way to start the year. I have a similar plan but will start in February. Full body workout. I hope I'm able to pull it off... Lol
