Hello everyone !

And another 10k steps in the bag, let’s try to keep the pace.
Added a nice chest/shoulders session on top of that.
Again focusing on callisthenics but I kind of struggle to improve my push-up planche… that’s a seriously difficult move to master.
Won’t give up tho and hopefully will be able to take a nice pic of it in a further post.
