My Actifit Report Card: June 16 2023

Hello guys. It's my first time posting using this front-end network of Hive. So for today, I tried to practice a K-Pop dance, specifically "I AM" by IVE. I don't have any talent for dancing, and my only aim is to memorize the chorus. Therefore, I looked for different tutorial videos on YouTube and found this video.

I love how she tried to break down all the details step by step, but it was still hard for me to learn as an untalented shit. I already knew how to dance the half of the chorus, but I still need to memorize it. I can only get it if I played the music in 0.75💀. I checked my Oppo Band and burned 156 calories from more than 30 minutes of dance. I will create an update about my dance progress soon!

Since last year, I'm already passionate about my cardiovascular workout. I plan to lose weight, but it is better only to enjoy my life. As long I knew that I was not exceeding myself, then it was fine. Back to my cardio workout, I love playing Just Dance Now and started to lose some pounds. However, I stopped subscribing to their platform since they haven't updated their song list yet. Aside from that, I don't have enough money to pay for their service.

Anyway, I took this photo while taking my dog for a walk. I love the view of the mountain from afar. We wanted to take a longer walk, but it seemed like the rain would pour, so we immediately went home. It's my first time posting here, so sorry for having some mistakes🤣.
