Hello guys, the EPL is getting heated up as it is just a month away from coming to an end. Last night Liverpool faced Manchester United at the Anfield Stadium. Both teams meet for the second time this season, and their talisman, Ronaldo, was missing from last night's match. Ronaldo's absence last night was due to the loss of his newly born son who passed away. Yes, It is sad news and I pray God gives him the strength to pass through this difficult time.

Back to the game last night. Liverpool played well, their teamplay was impressive and their front three really worked some magic at the frontline. Liverpool scored the first goal of the match just 5 minutes later after the whistle was blown, Mohammed Salah led a counter-attack down Manchester United's half then made a through pass to Luis Diaz. The Colombian winger responded quickly and played a shot unto the goal post.

Liverpool seconds their second goal in the 22nd minute. A tiki-taka between the players before Sadio Mane played an incredible through ball to Mohammed Salah who made a beautiful finish. United was poor going forward, frequently lost the ball and had less ball possession, it was embarrassing for the players.

Luis Dais's goal at the 35th minute was cancelled by the VAR for an offside, but it did not stop Liverpool from raining down more goals. Liverpool got their third goal in the 68th minute of the second half, Luis Dais made a pass to Sadio Mane in the box, the Senegalese International placed the ball into the low corner of the goalpost.

The final goal of the match was scored in the 85th minute, Jota with a neat through ball to Mohammed Salah, Salah took control and tipped the ball over the goalkeeper and entered the goalpost. Mohammed Salah set a record of being the first EPL player to score five goals against Manchester United in a single campaign season.

At this point, Manchester United are going to lose a top-four spot in the EPL and a chance to qualify for the UCL next season. So, guys that will be all for now, more EPL matches are still to be played today hope you don't miss out.

A match that is the product of years of work and perfection from Liverpool in return for years of randomness and neglect from Manchester United
