Messi At 23 Being Compared To Mbappe At 23
Hello sports community, so it's been a week since the 2022 Fifa World Cup in Qatar ended and it's been a week of celebration in Argentina and partying for the Argentina players and staff members who all contributed to the success of winning the world cup, Messi and some Argentina players have been busy posting and on parades, in the capital city of Argentina I even saw where Dybala tweeted that the squad has not had much sleep lately due to a parade around the City.
Aside from that, there have been some recent agendas on Twitter. Some fanbases, especially Ronaldo's fanboys, are now comparing Messi at 23 to Mbappe at 23 which is absurd and disrespectful to Messi who had accomplished a lot at the age of 23.
There is no doubt that Mbappe is a talented player, at aged 18 he had already become a world cup champion which is mind-blowing but up to date Mbappe still has not won the Uefa Champions League which is another important trophy, and has neither won the Ballon d'Or another remarkable award given to a player
Messi at the age of 23 was already a two-time Ballon d'Or winner and had already won the Fifa player of the year award. Messi at 23 was already feared by defenders because of his stamina and his ability to dribble past five to seven players and score incredible goals and was already known for his playmaking style; he was indeed a complete player at a young age.
Mbappe has already turned 24 and has failed to win a Champions League trophy at 23 while Messi has already done at that age, people don't know Messi was a huge part of Barcelona's champions league history and during his time at Barca, he won Barcelona four out of the 5 UCL in the clubs' history and Barcelona's recent performance in the champions league just proved how important he was at the club.
Mbappe also deserves credit too, although he has been lucky not getting injuries to me he is the best player of his generation and maybe someday win a Ballon d'Or because this season although he has been stunning.
Messi is already on his way to winning his 8th Ballon d'Or and with the new rumors spreading around Messi might be winning the super Ballon d'Or award which is a rear award to be won by professional players
Looking forward I think Mbappe has a lot to offer in the future and I will love to see how he takes his career to the next level but honestly, I don't see him beating what Messi has done in football History. So guys that will be all for now, thanks for stopping by, happy holidays everyone.

I don’t know why you people think any comparison being made against Ronaldo is made by messi Fc and any comparison made against messi is made by Ronaldo Fc.

You saying messi can dribble past 5 players when he was 23 is no winner for me. Mbappe can do same now even when he was younger he could do same. Messi has achieved a lot more than mbappe but saying he is Better than him because of dribbling doesn’t make it for me😂
Everyone in the sports community should know by now I am a Messi fan 😂😂😂, and I still stand by my word that he should not be compared to any player because Messi has made some things look easy which are impossible to do.

Bro you make me laugh, Ronaldo fanbase on Twitter and tiktok supported every team that played against Argentina, they are plenty on my twitter line that wanted Argentina and Messi to get kicked out of the world cup and are still the same people that are saying the world cup is rigged for Messi😂😂😂😂.

Oh my friend they are plenty on Twitter who thinks Mbappe at 23 is better than Messi at 23, they have already created stats to compare both players. I have been watching Messi play since 2005 and I feel sad that people are weak to forget how good he was at that age.

Football fans are reactionary and we tend to make too much noise on what we’re seeing now. Maybe that’s why people think he’s better than Messi at 23. For me I’ll only compare when Mbappe is nearing the end of his career.

There has been a huge difference in their career but Messi's achievement is his and Mbappe's achievement also did not make him lower compared to Leo. Messi has an outstanding program at Barcelona La Masia and the program was the reason why he was able to maximize his potential. Mbappe on the other hand had a different path but still was able to be among the best in this generation.
I just sincerely hope his attitude will not affect his potential to be another goat in the making. That's the problem I see for this young man.

I totally agree with you on this, if Mbappe does not change his attitude it might be a huge problem for him in the future, he needs to learn to be selfless at times, and we will see how he grows in the future.
I don't hate Mbappe, he's an amazing man. I want to see him flourish for the next generation of football.
