Mi informe de Actifit: abril 2 2025

Un nuevo día, perfecto para iniciar las actividades físicas. Me parece ideal poder ejercitarme mientras llevo a cabo mi rutina, pues muchas veces, el tiempo nos absorbe y quedamos agotados antes de comenzar con el plan de entretenimiento que teníamos en mente. Las responsabilidades de adulto no son nada sencillas 😂. De allí que la aplicación Actifit llegó a mi vida para darme motivación, es una aplicación novedosa e innovadora que te ayuda a ganar criptomonedas mientras caminas, corres o te ejercitas, lo cual es genial, combinan el mundo fitness con el universo cripto.

A new day, perfect to start physical activities. I find it ideal to be able to exercise while I carry out my routine, because many times, time absorbs us and we get exhausted before starting with the entertainment plan we had in mind. Adult responsibilities are not easy 😂. Hence, the Actifit app came into my life to give me motivation, it is a novel and innovative app that helps you earn cryptocurrencies while walking, running or exercising, which is great, they combine the fitness world with the crypto universe.

Hoy, como es costumbre, fui a la comunidad Los Chaimas para dirigirme a la terapia con la pequeña. Este recorrido me es habitual, conozco de memoria la ruta que tomaremos, aunque igual me dejo maravillar por la naturaleza. Mi esposo nos acompañó esta mañana, me ayudó a cargar a la bebé, así que me dediqué a disfrutar de la brisa que soplaba alegremente, claro y ayudarlo cuando lo necesitaba.

Today, as usual, I went to the community Los Chaimas to go to therapy with the little one. I know by heart the route we will take, although I still let myself be amazed by nature. My husband accompanied us this morning, he helped me to carry the baby, so I dedicated myself to enjoy the breeze that was blowing happily, of course, and help him when he needed it.

El sol estaba oculto, incluso parecía que iba a llover, pero era una falsa alarma, los rayos solares se intensificaron al cabo de un rato. El resplandor estaba fuerte, por ello nos resguardarnos bajo la sombra de algunos árboles. Siempre llevo agua para hidratarnos durante el recorrido, sin embargo, esta vez no fue suficiente, tuvimos que comprar otra. La pequeña abeja decía: "agua, agua", tocó complacerla 😊

The sun was hidden, it even looked like it was going to rain, but it was a false alarm, the sun's rays intensified after a while. The glare was strong, so we took shelter under the shade of some trees. I always carry water with me to keep us warm during the tour, however, this time it was not enough, we had to buy another one. The little bee was saying: "water, water", so we had to please her 😊.

Después de que atendieron a Alma, la llevamos a casa de mi mamá, puesto que debíamos realizar algunas diligencias. Una vez que llegamos al destino, salimos de nuevo con rumbo al Hato Grill para comprar con HBD, como ya saben es uno de los comercios aliados del Proyecto de Criptoadopción. Estos trayectos los recorrimos a pie.

After Alma was taken care of, we took her to my mom's house, since we had to run some errands. Once we arrived at our destination, we headed back to the Hato Grill to shop with HBD, as you know, one of the allied stores of the Cryptoadoption Project. We traveled these routes on foot.

Posteriormente, fuimos a Fundacultura, pues unos amigos de la Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Artes (UNEARTE) tenían sus obras en exhibición en la Galería, me encanta contemplar los colores, la técnica, el estilo y los materiales que usan para materializar la creatividad. Estuvimos un rato comentando y recordando anéctodas.

Subsequently, we went to Fundacultura, because some friends from the Universidad Nacional Experimental de las Artes (UNEARTE) had their works on display in the gallery, I love to contemplate the colors, technique, style and materials they use to materialize creativity. We spent some time commenting and remembering anecdotes.

Finalmente, retomamos nuestros pasos para dirigirnos a casa. Hoy fue otro día de largas caminatas, pero de grandes satisfacciones.

Finally, we retraced our steps to head home. Today was another day of long walks, but of great satisfaction.
