Anxiety can become a serious problem if we do not know how to control it, hence the importance of managing our emotions. It is possible that some situations, especially events, are not to our liking, they can even cause discomfort in our organism. My anxiety settles like a poisonous cobra in my stomach, the sensation is very unpleasant, I feel something that burns and corrodes me from inside, but I have learned to control it, doing meditation, walking and distracting my mind.

It is understood that there are many situations that we cannot control, so it is fruitless to fight against certain adversities because in the end it will only accumulate stress, discomfort and excessive fatigue. The best thing to do is to understand that the universe does not conspire for our bad, what we must do is to adapt, let it flow and let go of what does not generate well-being in our life.

That is why I try to enjoy every moment, observe the landscape and contemplate the nature that is within my reach. The sunset is a great spectacle, it is impressive how the blue and white colors are transformed into reddish tones when the sun is setting, giving rise to a live work of art, perfect for appreciating the beauty.

In addition, it is necessary to distance myself from a sedentary life, I will bet on keeping my heart active at the best pace of @actifit, daily is an opportunity to take on challenges and achieve them. I am satisfied to celebrate every victory, I go one day at a time, without eagerness and with the utmost determination to make the most of the time available.

La ansiedad se puede convertir en un problema serio si no sabemos controlarla, de allí la importancia de gestionar nuestras emociones. Es posible que algunas situaciones, sobre todo acontecimientos, no sean de nuestro agrado, incluso nos pueden ocasionar molestias en el organismo. Mi ansiedad se instala como una cobra venenosa en el estómago, la sensación es muy desagradable, siento algo que me quema y corroe desde adentro, pero he aprendido a controlarla, realizando meditación, caminando y distrayendo mi mente.

Se entiende que existen muchas situaciones que no podemos controlar, así que es infructuoso luchar contra ciertas adversidades porque al final solamente se acumulará el estrés, el malestar y un cansancio excesivo. Lo mejor es entender que el universo no conspira para nuestro mal, lo que debemos es adaptarnos, dejar fluir y soltar aquello que no genere bienestar en nuestra vida.

Por eso procuro disfrutar de cada instante, observar el paisaje y contemplar la naturaleza que está a mi alcance. El atardecer es un espectáculo grandioso, es impresionante cómo los colores azul y blanco se van transformando en tonos rojizos cuando el sol se está ocultando, dando origen a una obra de arte en vivo, perfecta para apreciar la belleza.

Además, hay que distanciarse de una vida sedentaria, apostaré por mantener mi corazón activo al mejor ritmo de @actifit, diariamente es una oportunidad para asumir retos y lograrlos. Me satisface celebrar cada victoria, voy un día a la vez, sin afán y con la mayor determinación para aprovechar el tiempo disponible.
