PREMIER LEAGUE: Manchester United executives insist Ole Gunnar Solskjaer still has their support
Manchester United executives seem to be throwing all their backings on Norwegian Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
According to reports in England, agents of some top European managers have made their way to Old Trafford to negotiate for a potential deal.
However, the Manchester United executives have blown away all reports suggesting they could be considering Ole's replacement. Insisting there is no manager vacancy at Manchester United.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's season at Manchester United:
The Norwegian manager has come under intense pressure thus week. That proved to be the case after he succeeded in amassing just one point out of an available 9 (in three matches).
A distressing display which has left Manchester United 6th on the Premier league table. Funny enough, the Old Trafford giants would have to play Liverpool today. And dropping another point is looking like the eventual scenario.
Ole’s Champions League form – Not any different:
Asides from Manchester United's league form, their champions league form has left so much to be desired as well.
Beginning their campaign with a loss to young boys, United needed a last gasp winner from Ronaldo to emerge victorious over Villareal.
More to that, the last game against Atlanta was disappointing as well. Going two goals down against such a team in the first half is a disappointing result.
Truth me told, Manchester United are far from where they news to be currently. That being said, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would be needed to step up his game, otherwise, the board would soon crumble to the pressure of their fans.
