Today At The Office

Hello everyone trust we are all good
Today was really a busy day in the office
As the year is coming to an end, clients are so desperate in collecting loan to solve one or two things

In an organization like microfinance,there are lots of experience you get when dealing with your clients
There is what happened today in the office

A leader of a union came with two new client to the office to collect money unknown to us as a staff .we later discovered it was the leader that want to use them to collect the loan for herself that was how they were disqualified.

Microfinance have to be very extra careful during this period in dealing with their clients.

So many clients have the intention to collect the loan and run away with the money please be very careful with clients.
