My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2020

Days are passing as if they are chased by men with horses. It has been exactly 2 months since I started my individual lock down. Before this pandemic, from time to time I was dreaming of a period in which I can have rest, read books, and do whatever I wish so. Although I have more time compared to our previous normal lives, I do not want them. I am reluctant to do something, I use nearly half of my productivity. It's not just a war that the immune systems are in, it's much more severe war done by our minds.

I'm not or I "was not" a person who can stay home for 2 days. One way or another I went out and have some fresh air. But now, maybe I go out once or twice to supply my urgent needs and come back to my home just like squirrel taking a nut and running back to the hole. When I look at the mirror, I see someone who is not the same. I can feel that some things are forcing me to change or adapt myself to something different. Paradigm shifts have always been harsh times with happy endings. During this process, we should try hard to take care of our physical and mental health especially the mental one.

Thanks to Actifit, I find a reason to move after long break time. Before another lock down, I just wanted to take some fresh air. Take care dear hive fam.
