Review: Using Farmatodo's application, my first purchase

Friends of @geekzone a pleasure to share with you again, this time I bring you my experience, making an online purchase, from the application of Farmatodo.

Let's tell the story

First of all, this is the first time I do it this way, thinking about the 15% discount they give me, being my first purchase; I have to buy my pills, and this Pharmacy is the only one that sells them, I can't get them in any other, so I have to be aware when they are available, and if I have the money, I buy them; Last month, it was a little difficult for me to get them, when I went to look for them, there was no availability in my city of Anaco, this had me worried, I even thought about buying the generic ones, but my doctor told me that I could not, thank God, an aunt bought them in the city where she lives, in el Tigre, and she was able to send them to me.

How was the process

Well, from that moment, I installed the application, but I had never used it, through it I can check the availability of my pills, and as there is not much demand for it here, I guess, there are not many quantities, the application indicated me that there were three available, and remembering a little, what happened to me last month, for trusting me, they ran out and well, I already told them the story.

Amigos de @geekzone un gusto compartir con ustedes nuevamente, en esta oportunidad les traigo mi experiencia, realizando una compra online, desde la aplicación de Farmatodo.

Echemos el cuento

Les cuento, primero es la primera vez que lo realizo de esta forma, pensando en el descuento que hacen de un 15%, al ser la primera compra; yo debo comprar mis pastillas, y esta Farmacia es la única que la vende, no la consigo en ninguna otra, entonces me toca estar pendiente cuando hay disponible, y si tengo el dinero, comprarla; ya que el mes pasado, me costó un poco conseguirlas, cuando fui a buscarla, no había disponibilidad en mi ciudad de Anaco, esto me tenía preocupada, hasta llegue a pensar en comprar las genéricas, pero mi doctor me dijo que no podía, gracias a Dios, una tía me las compro en la ciudad donde ella vive, en el Tigre, y me la pudo enviar.

Como fue el proceso

Pues bien, desde ese momento, yo instalé la aplicación, pero nunca lo había utilizado, a través de ella puedo revisar la disponibilidad de mis pastillas, y como no se tiene mucha demanda de ella aquí, supongo, no existen muchas cantidades, la aplicación me indicaba que había tres disponibles, y recordando un poco, lo que me paso el mes pasado, por confiarme, se agotaron y bueno, ya les eché el cuento.

So, as this time, I had some money already saved, I said to myself, I'm going to take advantage and buy them, make use of the application, with the discount, because in itself, they are a bit expensive.

The first thing I did was to look for it, I added it to the cart, then, I clicked on go to pay, and then I only had to continue with the payment method, in this case, I chose mobile payment, I went to my bank, copied the data, and once done, I clicked on the application in the part I have already made my payment.

Entonces, como en esta ocasión, tenía un dinero ya guardado, me dije, voy a aprovechar y comprarlas, hacer uso de la aplicación, con el descuento, porque de por sí, son un poco costosas.

Lo primero que hice fue buscarla, la agregué al carrito, seguidamente, le di en ir a pagar, ya solo me quedo continuar con el método de pago, en este caso, escogí por el pago móvil, me fui a mi banco, copié los datos, y una vez hecho, le di en la aplicación en la parte ya realicé mi pago.

With this, I received a message that my order was in process, and I already had an assigned order number, as you can see, there is a follow-up with a series of steps, the first was to create the order, then assign a domiciliary, that is the person who would deliver the order, then, as far as I understood, the third step, the person must go to pick up the order, to finally deliver it to the customer, in this case to me.

I was struck by the assignment, which took some time, but not much, they assigned me to one, there they show you the option to write to them, which I did, the person answered me, but did not give me much responsiveness; a few minutes later, the application was updated, and I got another name of the domiciliary, then the person wrote me, asked me for my exact location, which I passed it to him through WhatsApp.

Ya con esto, me llego un mensaje de que mi pedido estaba en proceso, y ya tenía un número de orden asignada., cómo ven, hay un seguimiento con una serie de pasos, el primero fue crear la orden, después asignar un domiciliario, es decir la persona que haría la entrega del pedido, seguidamente, por lo que entendí, el tercer paso, la persona debe ir a recoger el pedido, para finalmente entregarlo al cliente, en este caso a mí.

Me llamo la atención, esto de la asignación, que tomo un tiempo, pero no mucho, me asignaron a uno, allí te muestran la opción de escribirles, cosa que hice, la persona me respondió, pero no me dio mucha receptividad; a los pocos minutos, la aplicación se actualizó, y me salió otro nombre del domiciliario, enseguida la persona me escribió, me pidió mi ubicación exacta, la cual se la pasé a través de WhatsApp.

El chico me respondió, diciendo que iria en camino a buscar la factura, y despues me haria la entrega,la cual fue rapida, eso si, no tuve que esperar mucho.

The good thing about buying through the app, besides the fact that you don't have to wait in line to pay, is that you get these discounts, and they take it directly to your home, so it's definitely worth buying through there.

Lo bueno de comprar por la aplicación, aparte de que no tienes que aguantar la cola para pagar, es que obtienes estos descuentos, y te lo llevan directo a tú casa, así que, definitivamente, vale la pena comprar por allí.
