Questo è il post di ieri che mi sono dimenticato di mandare.
Siccome ho fatto 24k di passi volevo comunque rimandarlo così.

25440 passi fatti ieri nel mio report di actifit dei passi giornalieri.
Be' visto che è quasi un record ma anzi credo sia il mio secondo miglior punteggio di sempre dopo i 34k e rotti dell'anno scorso ve lo ripeto ma a numeri letterati.
Venticinquemilaquattrocentoquaranta passi fatti nel mio report di actifit dei passi giornalieri di ieri.
Passi fatti quindi come al solito negli ultimi due giorni.
Al mare in assoluta rilassatezza mentale, tranquillità e serenità mentale sempre.
