My Actifit Report Card: November 20 2021

A late start of the day then usual. Weather was good, but dull and not cold. In the afternoon, i went out to do my shopping and actifit steps. Spent more than an hour doing shopping while walking around the high street. After completing my shopping I walked back home.
I had accumulated more than 6000+ steps. But it doesn’t end there, i added 1000+ more steps indoors doing my chores. Thus completing 7500+ steps for the day
