My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2021

Today also was bank holiday. The day started a bit late. Weather was good and not cold.
In the afternoon, i went out to do my shopping and actifit steps. Shopping was good. Spent 40/45 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home. I had done a little more than 5400 steps.
Later in the day, i added 1600+ more steps walking indoors.
Reaching 7000+ steps for the day
My holidays are over, back to work from tomorrow.
