A good day at work. Weather was nice today.

In the evening, i went out to buy milk and bread, and also do my actifit steps.

Shopping was quick. Spent 35/40 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.

Later added more steps walking indoors while listening to music.

Completing 6000+ steps for the day
