My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2022

A good start of the day. Today was my day off.

In the evening i went out for a walk and also buy my dinner.
First I spent 25/30 minutes walking around high street and then went to the restaurant to buy a takeaway. It took 20 minutes to get it.
Then, I walked backed home. Dinner was good I enjoyed it.

Later added more steps walking indoors while listening to music.

Completing 5500+ steps for the day.
