Ordered bench and rod for home gym

Today i ordered bench and barbell rod for home workout. Gym is very costly and also it's waste more time. So home gym is the best option for anyone also you can cover your all body parts and all exercise by curl barbell, barbell, dumbbell and also you need one bench.

So that's it but if you are passionate to machine exercise then you can go ahead with gym And also you need extra time. I purchased home gym combo before but it was not included straight rod and bench so that's why i ordered it separate.

So now i can cover all my workout like biceps, triceps, back, shoulder, leg, abs and chest. Everything is possible by this things which i have ordered and the total i spent 2700 INR (38$ USD)only.

And my gym cost is 8$ per month and also gym is 1.5 km ahead from my home so that is not good thing and waste extra time. So this is why i purchased it. here are images :

When going to the gym I'll suggest you have an Actifit app too running, to compensate for the sweat. 😎.
