My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2021
It was a good day. I did not walk as much as I did yesterday because there were not many sights to be seen.
I visited a King's tomb, a garden and saw one of the biggest canons I have ever seen.
Yep! Looks small but it is one of the biggest ones I have ever seen.
I walked a few kilometers and then rested. I took breaks and made sure to stretch my feet now and then.
I also made sure to stay hydrated and drank two glasses of sweet lime juice.
They say that sweet lime is the best to get all the necessary nutrition to keep our body strong.
Here's a pic of the yummy natural lime juice that was squeezed right in front of me.
I love citrus fruits and I love Oranges but when I can not find oranges I have to be happy with sweet lime which is rarely sweet.
I do not take sugar so this glass of juice had no sugar and no salt.
Salt goes well with citrus but I end up getting thirsty after consuming salt so it was good for me when the vendor did not add any salt.
I must say that I had a bad food day because I ate Biriyani for lunch and a buffet of North Indian dishes for dinner.
I will make up for this tomorrow and I will try to eat a big healthy.
