My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2022

I did 10,000 activity today. I think tomorrow I will be able to do more. It has been quite a while since I did more than 10 k.

I have been walking regularly and my breathing is better since I don't smoke.

It is 11 AM now and I'll be off to bed soon. I have an early morning tomorrow and I'll be rushing out by 8 AM.

I have made preprations for tomorrow's work and it's always better to prepare a day before so that nothing gets missed out.

I have checked my to-do list at least three times and revised it twice.
