My Actifit Report Card: November 28 2022

Wow! I had a very long day. I was busy from the moment I stepped out of my house and until I came back home at around 8 PM.

There were some difficulties and problems but I faced them and solved everything. By the end of the day the client was happy with our work and that's all that matters.

The sister of my best friend recently suffered a stroke and she's in an ICU.

I went to see her and met the family. It is so sad to see young people getting strokes and heartattack.

I think something is wrong with our lifestyle. Maybe we are not eating the right foods, maybe we aren't working out enough.

I have been praying for her health and I hope she will recover soon.
