My Actifit Report Card: December 4 2022

Yesterday I couldn't write my Actifit report because I was at a wedding. Now I'm at my home and I have mild cold and stuffy nose.

It's nothing and I can handle it.

I haven't done much today but tomorrow I'll have some work to do and I'll be busy.

I have been putting on weight and one reason might be that I ate some stuff that had salt in it.

In the next few days I'll be reducing my salt intake and go back to normal.
