My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2023

The snake problem is getting out of hand at the nursery. Today at noon one of our regular customers saw a big black snake and according to him it was at least 7-8 feet long.

We sprayed chemicals that are supposed to repel snakes but there you go we got a big one now.

I am terrified and I know I can't do anything about it because of two reasons.

  1. My nursery is just opposite to and besides a lake which was historically used to protect the fort that's just 100 meters of my nursery.

  2. People have this belief that there are ancient snakes that protect the fort and the treasures hidden inside. And there's a shrine of a Sufi Saint and some people believe that the snake visits the shrine once in a while.

I am not sure what to do but I have decided to consult the head of the Shrine and then call a snake catcher who can then safely take the snake to a forest and let it live it's remaining life there.

I have only seen one snake that died while it was crossing the road and it was just tiny. I wasn't there at the nursery on other occasions.
