On the other hand, the financial aspect of the transfer is truly daunting. The total transfer fee is expected to be around 80 million euros, and Victor Osimhen will receive an annual salary of around 16 million euros from Galatasaray. It is said that his annual income, including sponsorship deals and advertising revenues, could reach close to 25 million euros. With all these financial obligations, even if Galatasaray sets very ambitious goals, it may face significant payment issues if it fails to achieve them. At the very least, the goal should be to advance from the group stage in the Champions League and even aim for the quarterfinals. Perhaps the goals could be even bigger, but it would be more prudent to set them step by step. Last year, after aiming to win the UEFA Europa League, being eliminated in the first round by Sparta Prague was disappointing.

I still believe this transfer will not cause significant harm to Galatasaray. Suppose Osimhen gets injured and things do not go as planned. At least you can easily sell him for 35-40 million euros. Düşünüyorum da Galatasaray bu transferi gerçekleştiremeseydi kimse onu yargılamazdı çünkü çok ciddi bir maliyet ve Napoli futbolcu transfer etmenin zor olduğu bir kulüp. Her gün sosyal medyada önce anlaşıldığı ancak sonra pürüzlerin çıktığı yazılıyordu. Şimdi ise her yerde tek bir haber var. Anlaşma tamamlandı ve sözleşme maddelerinin ufak detayları tartışılıyor. Bütün bu maddi yükümlülükler ile Galatasaray çok büyük hedefler koysa da bu hedeflere ulaşamazsa ödeme konusunda büyük sıkıntılar yaşayabilir. En azından Şampiyonlar Liginde gruplardan çıkmak ve hatta Çeyrek final gibi bir aşamayı hedeflemek gerekiyor. Belki hedefler daha büyük de olabilir ama bunları adım adım belirlemek daha doğru olur. Geçen yıl Uefa Avrupa ligini kazanmayı hedefledikten sonra ilk turdan Sparta Prag'a elenmek hoş olmadı.

Ben yine de bu transferin Galatasaray'a çok zarar vermeyeceğini düşünüyorum. Diyelim ki Osimhen sakatlandı ve işler istenildiği gibi gitmedi. En azından 35-40 milyon euroya kolaylıkla satabilirsiniz.
