My Actifit Report Card: October 9 2021
Breakfast was scrambled eggs and cheese on a hard roll. We watched some Downton Abbey and then went to Home Depot to buy a plastic shelving unit for my wife’s studio. Then we bundled up the laundry for the week to do.
In front of the laundromat there was this puddle of blue stuff. I assume it was detergent but I had to take a picture. It reminded me of the the blue fluid from the robots in the Simon Pegg movie “The Pub at World’s End”. Bizarrely creepy for October. Especially because the movie is in our October Halloween movie rotation. While waiting for the clothes to dry we got coffee from a nearby coffee shop that roasts its own coffee.
Lunch was a couple of meatball subs from our favorite Italian place. When only did half and saved the other half for dinner. We watched Downton Abbey while we folded the clothes.
I got a little exercise around the neighborhood before dinner. After dinner we watched the movie “Shaun of the Dead” as part of our Halloween tradition. Then we watched some NCIS until bedtime. Anyway, thanks for reading.
