My Actifit Report Card: October 10 2021
Breakfast was some English muffins with peanut butter. Did some quick chores then we watched another movie from our Halloween rotation, “Hot Fuzz”.
My wife went over to her studio to work and I washed some dishes. I usually have YouTube on when I’m working in the kitchen. Lunch was some tuna patties. I mixed the tuna with a mustard, oil, and vinegar dressing; along with some cracker crumbs.
We watched some Downton Abbey after lunch and then I ran to the store for some chicken to make my world famous chicken soup for dinner. We had the soup over some leftover white rice from the other day. After dinner I did a quick walk around the neighborhood. Then I came in and we got ready to watch tv.
While we sat watching NCIS, I grabbed the bag of mixed nuts I made up a few days ago. I used cashews, peanuts, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts and pistachios. I started filling smaller zip lock bags with the nut mixture. After a few episodes of NCIS, we went to bed. Anyway, thanks for reading.
