My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2021
I was able to get a little walk around the neighborhood first thing in the morning. Breakfast was scrambled eggs with English muffins. I did some housework and my wife went over to work in her studio. I also got some returnable bottles ready to take to the return center after lunch.
My wife came back over for lunch. We watched an episode of Downton Abbey and then she went back over to her studio. I packaged up an item to ship out. I went out on my errands. I went to the post office first. Then to the return center. I had to pick up some small nails from the hardware store. I needed them to finish putting together the Armoire we got from my wife’s brother.
I dropped a script off at the drug store and then went shopping at Walmart. There was a guy acting suspicious in the parking lot so I watched awhile before I went in. I wasn’t sure if he was up to no good.
Got home to get dinner ready. I cooked potatoes, cod, carrots and green beans in their own foil packets on the grill. While I was on the back porch tending the grill I noticed butterflies on the downstairs neighbor’s plants. They looked like monarch butterflies.
After dinner we watched a movie, “Going in Style”. After that we watched NCIS until bedtime while I prepared my Actifit post. Anyway, thanks for reading.
