My Actifit Report Card: November 4 2021

Breakfast was a slice of Ezekiel bread with peanut butter. Then we watched some Locke and Key. We are getting close to the end of the current season and I’ll be sad because the new season won’t be until next year.

I helped my wife carry some things to her studio. While she worked, I went back to the apartment. I also brought the garbage cans up to the garage. I had some dishes to do and then watched some YouTube videos.

Lunch was scrambled eggs and cheese on a toasted hard roll with a dollop of salsa. Then my wife went back over and I did some eBay and Decluttr packaging. An hour later I put some potatoes on to boil. The plan was to make potato salad to go with dinner.

Dinner was supposed to be homemade fried chicken tenders, but the chicken had turned. I had tried to buy cheap and it was sell by yesterday. So we decided to have pasta and sauce with some melted cheese instead.

Then we watched some NCIS while my wife worked on her sewing projects and I worked on some listing and posting. Then it was bedtime. Anyway, thanks for reading.
