My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2022
Breakfast was scrambled eggs and cheese with ham and toast. We had to get out early for doctor’s appointments. On the way we stopped at the bank.
We went to the first doctor then went to lunch at my old store I used to work at. They have a delicious half rack of ribs. Got a container of potato salad and one huge chicken tender.
Went to the second doctor and then we went to pay an insurance bill. Stopped at a quilt shop
to buy some needles for the machine which they were out and said they would order.
On the way home we had to stop and do laundry. A rain storm swept through and the sky was beautiful after. Dinner was nachos with black olives, browned ground turkey and red pepper. Put shredded cheese over the whole works. Anyway, thanks for reading.
