My Actifit Report Card: November 26 2022
Breakfast was some oatmeal and blueberries. I put together a lunch and snacks for work. I had to stop for a few errands before I got to work so I left early.
Work was slow but steady. I imagine most everyone was Christmas shopping. We were able to keep the grab n go case filed. Lunch was leftovers from Thanksgiving. I also brought some apple slices.
When I got home my wife was cutting veggies up for a recipe she found for the turkey leftovers. I sautéed some carrots and celery with butter and spices and added the turkey with leftover gravy and milk. A drop biscuit crust went over it and baked it in the oven.
I opened the last beer in the fridge to drink while I cooked. After dinner we watched a movie, Under the Tuscan Sun. Then I worked on this report. Anyway, thanks for reading.
