My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2023
Breakfast was leftover blueberry oatmeal pancakes with peanut butter. We then got to work. My wife was cleaning the bedroom with the pretty linoleum and I continued stripping the carpet in the next bedroom. We worked until noon.
Lunch was egg in a basket using the leftover bread made the other day. After lunch I finished putting all the carpet pieces I had thrown out the bedroom window into the shed. Our friend Sally came to visit for an hour or so. We sat out on the deck since it was around 55 degrees.
We went grocery shopping and Dinner was taquitos we cooked up in the air fryer. I had started a loaf of bread in the machine and had to sample it before I put it away. My wife finished transplanting our Aloe and our Christmas cactus. Anyway, thanks for reading.
