My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2023

Breakfast was some rosemary potatoes I baked in the toaster oven. I did the quick wash of the dishes.

My wife worked on the laundry and dusting. I finished pulling the tack strips from the second bedroom. Together we gave a second coat of wax to the first bedroom.

Lunch was scrambled eggs with cheese and ham and mushrooms. I toasted up some homemade French bread. Then we had to run out to return some items I bought on Saturday. One of them being an orbital polisher from Harbor Freight. The thing just fell apart when I was using it.

After shopping we met our friends Sally and Dennis out at a local place for dinner. I had a chicken bacon ranch melt sandwich. Anyway, thanks for reading.
