My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2023
Breakfast was scrambled eggs and cheese with toast. The big project for today was to take a cutting table up to the sewing room. It was wicked heavy and wicked awkward. After trying to take it up with the hand truck, we decided to take the two extensions (wings) off. That worked much better since it wasn’t as heavy or awkward.
Our friends asked us to come along on a shopping trip to a market with discount prices for meat. We got a 7.5 pound package of sliced bacon and some chicken breasts. Lunch was a cheeseburger at a DQ near the market.
When we got home I froze the meat except what I kept out for dinner or tomorrow’s breakfast. Then I had to run out to the bank for some cash. Dinner was homemade chicken tenders, baked potatoes and broccoli. Anyway, thanks for reading.
