My Actifit Report Card: January 31 2023

Breakfast was a bowl of farina with maple syrup. We did some chores and then my wife went to the sewing room and I worked to print some paperwork.

Lunch was a small pepperoni and mozzarella sub homemade. Then I went shopping to pick up some essentials from the local grocery store.

I had to work on some projects and then my wife and I took a nap. It was chilly outside so it just dragged us down. Dinner was a roasted chicken breast with potato pancakes. We watched the movie Notting Hill. Anyway, thanks for reading.
