My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2023
Breakfast was an egg and sausage pizza. My wife started a load of laundry and went to her studio while I did some dishes and went to the grocery store.
Lunch was a ham and cheese sandwich on a roll with chips. Our friends Sally and Dennis called to invite us over to see the first house we considered moving to in West Virginia. We had seen it online when we started our search last year. We then went for a drive to see parts of Ohio and especially Egypt valley. A former coal mining area now a wildlife preserve.
When we got home dinner was pizza from the store. We had a white cake with chocolate frosting for desert. Anyway, thanks for reading.
