My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2023

Breakfast was oatmeal pancake squares with raisins and apple. We did some chores and then went out to pick up the dog poop on our front lawn.

Then we went for a walk to the rail trail that runs through our village. We only walked a mile but it was great getting out and walking in the nice weather. There are a couple of covered bridges on the trail. This was one.

Dinner was meatloaf and baked potatoes. We had a slice of chocolate cake. We watched a few episodes of Designated Survivor. Anyway, thanks for reading.
