My Actifit Report Card: April 18 2024

Breakfast was scrambled eggs and cheese with ham. I warmed up some drop biscuits from last night’s dinner to go with it.

Took the dog to the trail. It was around 55 degrees and a little overcast. It was a short walk, I was feeling a little run down.

Lunch was ground Turkey cheeseburgers. We had some potato chips to go with them. I ran to the store to pick up some grocery items. We did some chores and then watched some television.

Took the dog for the afternoon walk. It was clearer and there was a blue sky. Took a little longer walk but still not the mile or so I usually do.

Dinner was chicken and gravy and biscuits. We watched some episodes of The Blacklist. Did run out in the middle for some Cool Whip to go with dessert. Anyway, thanks for reading.
