My Actifit Report Card: April 16 2025

Breakfast was scrambled eggs with cheese and toast on the side. Went to the trail with the dog and walked a half a mile. It’s a chilly walk. Then we had to go to a doctor appointment.

We had lunch at a Mexican restaurant after the doctor. It was delicious. We both had a burrito.

We both took the dog to the trail. We met our friend Sally there. We walked about .4 of a mile. Dinner was fruit and yogurt. I put chia seeds and honey - also some pistachios.
We watched some episodes of Bones and then some episodes of Young Sheldon. Anyway, thanks for reading.
