My Actifit Report Card: May 2 2025
Breakfast was oatmeal bars I made. They had blueberries, flax seed and chia seeds. Went to the trail and walked a half mile. Went shopping and stopped at the Amish bakery in town for donut holes. Stopped at the local store but they had a power outage the other day and the coolers were empty.
Lunch was spaghetti leftover from last night with fried bacon and veggies. I sprinkled grated Romano on top. Watched episodes of Bones and then went to the pharmacy to pick up some orders.
Dinner was scrambled eggs with cheese and veggies. We had toast with homemade bread I made in the machine. We watched more episodes of Bones. Anyway, thanks for reading.
