My Actifit Report Card: May 28 2025
Breakfast was a slice of toast (using homemade bread) with almond butter. I
added banana slices. Went to the trail and walked two thirds of a mile with the dog.
We had to run some errands. We were going to have lunch out. We picked up a sub from our favorite Italian deli in the city we ran the errands in.
Dinner was cheeseburgers made with ground turkey. I put them on Kaiser rolls I bought at the deli. We had the last of the macaroni salad on the side. We watched some episodes of Bones. Anyway, thanks for reading.
