Create room for criticism, it is one of the ways to learn and grow to maturity.
Try not to avoid criticism, this is the way great heroes rises to the top. There is always a way to avoid criticism but don't run away from it by stopping to do what you have to. Instead of trying something because of what people will say, keep on doing it because it is what they will say that will help you to do better. Love yourself and love what you are doing.
