What a great moment with my queens and kings! I derive so much joy exercising with children. It Children are the most precious set of being to spend a day with.

One of the things I noticed in children is that they learn fast by participating in the activity than telling without been a part of it. I can see so much joy in them.

Working without playing hinders performance, learn to take out time for exercise it profit a little
