Just tell me that I am not the only one who struggles to wake up every morning. I feel so sleepy and exhausted these days. Well, one of the biggest problems is that I fall asleep around 3-4am and i need to wake up around 7am. But at the same time i cant go to bed until I finish all tasks that I planned.

Wow, you are the one that had alternated the flow of nature here.
Sleeping between 3-4am and still wants to be awake by 7am. Then how many hours did you sleep?
Nature is our regular time keeper, we can't cheat nature. But you can still adjust your sleeping time to suit your body!
Sometimes I have too many thoughts and ideas in my head so I cant sleep. And those thoughts bring me to doing lots of projects, so sometimes i am too busy to sleep more lol
