Me ha encantado escribir sobre deportes. Ahora traigo algo diferente, que es escribir sobre los Yankees de New York.
Cuando escribo esto, tengo que hacer un análisis profundo de qué me gustaría crear acerca de los Yankees, porque para mí ha significado más que un equipo: momentos reunidos en familia para ver los partidos, sobre todo recordar reuniones familiares con gente que ahora no están. Entonces, es algo significativo para mí.
Recuerdos familiares y los Yankees
Cuando oigo "los Yankees", lo primero que pienso es en mi abuelo, que siempre le gustaba ver los partidos. Luego de esto, un recuerdo que me trae también es cuando tenía 9 años: jugaba béisbol, pero bueno, no fue mucho tiempo lo que jugué este deporte. Sigo el deporte porque a mi familia le gustaba. Entonces, he visto un sinnúmero de jugadores pasar por los Yankees.

Imagínense, jugadores desde la época del 2000 como:

Por eso admiro a los relevistas, porque tienen que saber manejar la presión de un juego, sobre todo cuando, si un tiro sale mal, pueden cargar con la derrota.
Soñar con un anillo de Serie Mundial
Espero que Loáisiga, si los Yankees van a la Serie Mundial, esté en el roster. Y si los Yankees son campeones, sea el primer nicaragüense con un anillo de Serie Mundial.
Se vale soñar, sobre todo ser optimista: que será una buena temporada para Loáisiga.

I hope that if the Yankees make it to the World Series, Loáisiga is on the roster. And if the Yankees become champions, he will be the first Nicaraguan with a World Series ring.
