Yes, the body still needs to adjust to the new stress. I also notice I'm having a problem adjusting to the new food when I first arrived here it was no problem but a few days ago I'm starting to miss the flavors of my hometown's food which is spicy and full of flavors.
I'm just missing my mothers cooking haha
