That is an old Cisco 6500 Catalyst Chassis with various nertworking modules inside, in this case 2 switch modules (top 2, 48 port switches) and 2 supervisor modules (the two in the middle for fiber connections to other networking components)

This have like 20+ years 🤣 they are massive, at the bottom there are also (not in this picture) 2 power supplies that are massive, all the functions of this huge thing nowadays are done by a single switch that looks like just one "card" or module that you see in this chassis 😁
