My Actifit Report Card: September 16 2025
💪🏻el día de Hoy les vengo a contar que hoy he tenido un buen día de trote y de algunos ejercicios de calistenia como lo fue dominadas, fondos en paralelas y flexiones. No soy el mejor en esto porque estoy retomando, me gusta entrenar y mucho pero aveces el día a día no da mucho tiempo o que llegamos a estar tan full de trabajo, que haberes, más diligencias personales que pocas veces tengo los momentos como estos para entrenar. Pero ya con todo más organizado y controlado he llevado una buena rutina tanto de entrenamiento como de trabajo que es lo más relevante que me quita tiempo.
Lo que más me gusta cuando entreno es estar solo, me gusta bastante entrenar solo, sin distracción ni nadie ahí que atrase los ratos de entrenamiento porque soy de las personas que entrena para drenar estrés, entre otras cosas. Aparte que uno se siente mejor, mejora la salud y prevenimos mucho entrenando.

💪🏻Today I come to tell you that today I had a good day of jogging and some calisthenics exercises such as dominations, parallel bottoms and push-ups. I'm not the best at this because I'm resuming, I like to train and a lot but sometimes the day to day does not give much time or that we get to be so full of work, that there will be, more personal errands that I rarely have moments like these to train. But with everything more organized and controlled I have had a good routine of both training and work which is the most relevant thing that takes away my time.
What I like the most when I train is being alone, I quite like to train alone, without distraction or anyone there who delays the training times because I am one of those people who train to drain stress, among other things. Apart from feeling better, health improves and we prevent a lot by training.
